In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Uppsala HK 3, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Skövde HF 1, Gustafs GoIF, Vinslövs HK, HK Malmö, Stavsten HK 2 VIT and IFK Kristianstad.

HF Karlskrona 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HK Malmö with 11-12. In the Final, HK Malmö won over Halmstad Handboll 3 Rosa and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006).

HF Karlskrona also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F16 (f. 2006) B-Slutspel, but lost it against KFUM Lundagård with 7-9.
