In addition to the two Önnereds teams, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, Spånga HK, Vinslövs HK 1, HK Bollebygd Svart, Växjö HF 2, Amo HK, Eskilstuna Guif IF Svart, Ystads IF HF 1 and Hultsfred HF och f.2006.

Önnereds HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Täby HBK 1 with 9-11. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Täby HBK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007).

Önnereds HK also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in P15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 6-10.
