In addition to the two Önnereds teams, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Lugi HF 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF Röd, Ystads IF HF 4, IK Lågan Hörby 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Vinslövs HK 2, IFK Bankeryd 2 and HK Aranäs Blå.

Önnereds HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 4 with 10-13. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 4 won over Lugi HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007).

Önnereds HK also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in P15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 6-10.
