In addition to H 78 Sölvesborg, 69 other teams played in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H 78 Sölvesborg could be found in Group 6 together with HK Aranäs Vit, Hässleholms HF, IFK Malmö HF Vit, Spånga HK Rosa, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, IFK Tumba HK 2Vit, Tollarps IF 1 and Eslövs IK Gul.

H 78 Sölvesborg continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HF Karlskrona Blå with 2-7. In the Final, HF Karlskrona Blå won over Halmstad Handboll 2 Svart and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009).

H 78 Sölvesborg also participated in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F13 (f. 2009) C-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK Blå with 6-11.
