In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs IK Svart, HF Limhamn 2, HF Karlskrona Svart, IFK Tumba HK, Ystads IF HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Hässleholms HF 3, Mönsterås HK Vit and Skuru IK Grön.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 4-8. In the Final, Åhus Handboll Röd won over Ljunghusens HK Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
