Kristianstad HK 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Lugi HF, which they won with 11-6. Thereby Kristianstad HK 1 won the entire A-Slutspel in Elitklass Dam Classic during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024.

Kristianstad HK also participated in Elitklass Dam during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the Semi final in ED A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK with 10-12.
