Bjärnums HK was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 15 år Classic (födda 2009), Flickor 11 år Classic (födda 2013) and Flickor 13 år Classic (födda 2011) respectively. The team in Flickor 13 år Classic (födda 2011) made it to the the Semi final in C-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Björnen 1 by 4-7.
In addition to this, Bjärnums HK have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, Bjärnums had one team playing in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008). The team in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) made it to the the 1/16 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 1 by 7-11. Bjärnums comes from BJÄRNUM which lies approximately 56 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
