Lunds Beachhandball Club was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with 5 teams in Pojkar 15/16 år Beachhandboll (födda 2009/2008), Senior Herr - Beachhandboll, Flickor 16 år Beachhandboll (födda 2008) and Damer Junior 19-20 år Classic (födda 2004-2005) respectively. The team in Senior Herr - Beachhandboll made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Kävlinge HK 2 by 27-28.
In addition to this, Lunds Beachhandball Club have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, Lunds Beachhandball had 6 teams playing in European Beachhandball Tour - Men, Åhus Beach International Girls U15/U16 and European Beach Handball Tour - Women respectively. The team in European Beach Handball Tour - Women made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Lunds Beachhandball Club 2 by 43-46. Lunds Beachhandball comes from Hör which lies approximately 59 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Hör does also provide 61 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Among others: Höörs HK H 65, IK Lågan Hörby, Lödde Vikings HK, Mellangården FC, Vinslövs HK, Kävlinge HK, H43 Lund HF, KHF, B-laget and Eslövs IK).
