Amo HK was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 14 år Classic (födda 2010) and Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007) respectively. The team in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007) made it to the the Semi final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll Röd by 12-13.
In addition to this, Amo HK have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, Amo had three teams playing in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007) and Elitklass Herr respectively. The team in Elitklass Herr made it to the the 1/4 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK by 9-10. Amo comes from ALSTERMO which lies approximately 140 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. Other than Amo HK, the club Nybro HK does also originate from the area around ALSTERMO.
