Slagelse Håndbold P16 Classic (f. 2008)

Slagelse Håndbold was one of two clubs from Denmark that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

In addition to Slagelse Håndbold, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Slagelse Håndbold could be found in Group 4 together with Norrköpings HK, Hammarby IF HF, IFK Malmö HF, H43 Lund HF 2, Alingsås HK 1blå, HF Karlskrona, Ystads IF HF 2 and Halmstad Handboll Röd.

Slagelse Håndbold continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll Röd with 10-13. In the Final, IK Sävehof won over Halmstad Handboll Röd and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

Slagelse comes from Kalundborg which lies approximately 200 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. Other than Slagelse Håndbold, the club Raklev G&I does also originate from the area around Kalundborg.
