In addition to the two Växjö teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Växjö HF Lag 1 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Kristianstad Orange, Borlänge HK BHK B, IK Sund, IFK Tumba HK 3, Alingsås HK, H43 Lund HF 1, Hässleholms HF 1 and Lödde Vikings HK Grå.

Växjö HF Lag 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kärra HF 100% with 12-14. In the Final, Lugi HF won over IFK Malmö HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

Växjö HF also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/16 Final in F15 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Habo HK with 9-14.
