In addition to the two Ronneby teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ronneby HK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with VästeråsIrsta HF, Önnereds HK Grön, Åhus Handboll, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Haninge HK 1, IFK Malmö HF 1 and Uppsala HK 2.

Ronneby HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK 1 with 8-11. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 1 won over Eslövs IK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007).
