U-Laget was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

In addition to U-Laget, 71 other teams from 4 different countries played in Öppen klass Herrar Classic. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof U-Laget could be found in Group 7 together with Kaffekaga fc, Lödde Vikings HK LVHK Vit, Gulgröna hjältar, Mårtens pågar, Böffes Juniorer, DreamSocks AB and BBB BK.

U-Laget continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åboll with 10-11. In the Final, Böffes Juniorer won over Kaffekaga fc and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

U-Laget comes from Karlskrona which lies approximately 83 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Karlskrona does also provide five additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Ronneby HK, Josagrogg Originals, B2B Ronneby, IFK Karlskrona and HF Karlskrona).
