In addition to Kävlinge HK, 61 other teams played in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 6 together with Lugi HF, IF Hallby HK vit, HK Aranäs Svart, Eskilstuna Guif IF, Åhus Handboll 1, Höörs HK H 65 H65 Röd, HK Malmö F16 Vit and Spånga HK.

Kävlinge HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Blå with 5-7. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 1 won over Uppsala HK 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

Kävlinge HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in F15 (f. 2008) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll with 7-8.
