In addition to the two Mönsterås teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Mönsterås HK Vit could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs IK Svart, HF Limhamn 2, HF Karlskrona Svart, IK Lågan Hörby 1, IFK Tumba HK, Ystads IF HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Hässleholms HF 3 and Skuru IK Grön.

Mönsterås HK Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 5-9. In the Final, Önnereds HK Grön won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
