In addition to HF Karlskrona, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona could be found in Group 4 together with Norrköpings HK, Hammarby IF HF, IFK Malmö HF, Slagelse Håndbold, H43 Lund HF 2, Alingsås HK 1blå, Ystads IF HF 2 and Halmstad Handboll Röd.

HF Karlskrona continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lugi HF 3 with 7-12. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 won over Lugi HF 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

HF Karlskrona also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P15 (f. 2008) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 3 with 11-13.
