Genföreningen H43 was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar Classic.

In the Final, Magnussons BK won over Gröna tråden and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar Classic. Genföreningen H43 comes from LUND which lies approximately 75 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
