In addition to the two Vellinge teams, 14 other teams played in Flickor 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vellinge IF B could be found in Group 2 together with Rödeby AIF , Gärsnäs AIS , Hörby FF , IFK Fjärås 3, FC Hessleholm 1, Viby IF and Asarums IF FK 1.

Vellinge IF B continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against FC Hessleholm 1 with 2-3. In the Final, FC Hessleholm 1 won over FC Hessleholm 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15.
