FC Glenn DA

FC Glenn was one of 323 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They participated with one team in Dam Aktiv.

In addition to FC Glenn, 27 other teams played in Dam Aktiv. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof FC Glenn could be found in Group 2 together with Japp , Vi har kommit fel , FK Stolpskott , Rååare & Jennie , Furulunds IK and Dreamteam .

FC Glenn continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against sverigesskönastedamlag with 0-1. In the Final, Smurfarna won over Göteborg Futsal Club and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Dam Aktiv.

FC Glenn comes from Göteborg which lies approximately 250 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016 (Among others: Sävedalens IF, Avenyn United Futsal Club, Feskekôrka, IFK Fjärås, Utbynäs SK, Krickos Army, Orust Clúb de Football, Fjärås beachboys, De 9 vännerna & Axel and Göteborg Futsal Club).
