In addition to the two FC Hessleholm teams, 14 other teams played in Flickor 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FC Hessleholm A could be found in Group 2 together with Rödeby AIF , Gärsnäs AIS , Vellinge IF 2, Hörby FF , IFK Fjärås 3, Viby IF and Asarums IF FK 1.
FC Hessleholm A made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against FC Hessleholm 2, which they won with 2-0.
