Mean Girls D17-19Ö

Mean Girls was one of 323 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They participated with one team in Dam 17-19 Öppen.

In addition to Mean Girls, 18 other teams played in Dam 17-19 Öppen. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Mean Girls could be found in Group 1 together with Liljas Blomsterland , FC Halvmiss , Absolut Inte , Back on Track , Bunker Beavers , BK Stolpskott , Lysmaskarna and 80% fullkorn .

Mean Girls continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Absolut Inte with 1-5. In the Final, Liljas Blomsterland won over Absolut Inte and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Dam 17-19 Öppen.

Mean Girls comes from Genarp which lies approximately 67 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Genarp does also provide 81 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016 (Among others: Löberöds IF, Andralaget, IFK Ystad FK, FC Bellevue, Joftings Jägare, Västra Ingelstad IS, Mansvänner, Furulunds IK, Genarps IF and Bönder från Söder).
