Lunds BOIS DA

Lunds BOIS was one of 323 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They participated with one team in Dam Aktiv.

In addition to Lunds BOIS, 27 other teams played in Dam Aktiv. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Lunds BOIS could be found in Group 1 together with Redbacks fc , Bortamatch , Göteborg Futsal Club , Vanneberga IF , Kex on the beach and Team Rajtan .

Lunds BOIS continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ängby IF 2 with 1-2. In the Final, Smurfarna won over Göteborg Futsal Club and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Dam Aktiv.

Lunds BOIS comes from Lund which lies approximately 73 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Lund does also provide 68 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016 (Among others: Löberöds IF, Andralaget, FC Bellevue, Joftings Jägare, Västra Ingelstad IS, Mansvänner, Furulunds IK, Genarps IF, Dalby GIF and Hörby FF).
