Viva la Österlen H17-19Ö

Gold medal! Won the entire B-Slutspel! Congratulations!

Viva la Österlen was one of 323 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They participated with one team in Herr 17-19 Öppen.

In addition to Viva la Österlen, 44 other teams played in Herr 17-19 Öppen. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Viva la Österlen could be found in Group 1 together with Procce På Äventyr , Stilleryds FC , Kekke , De okända , Fjärås beachboys , Park The Bus FC , NOSABY BK and Vadå .

Viva la Österlen made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Toarps IF , which they won with 2-1. Thereby Viva la Österlen won the entire B-Slutspel in Herr 17-19 Öppen during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016.

Viva la Österlen comes from Tomelilla which lies approximately 48 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Tomelilla does also provide 37 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016 (Among others: Löberöds IF, IFK Ystad FK, Genarps IF, Bönder från Söder, Gärsnäs AIS, Dalby GIF, Hörby FF, Harlösa IF, Veberöds AIF and Harlösa IF / Veberöds AIF).
