In addition to Östers IF, 14 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Östers IF could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Osby 1, Everöds IF , Lyckå FF , Hässleholms IF 2, IBK Höllviken , Sibbhults IF and Torslanda IK 1.

Östers IF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hässleholms IF 1 with 0-2. In the Final, IBK Höllviken won over IF Limhamn Bunkeflo and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 15.
