In addition to Vinnö IF, 15 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vinnö IF could be found in Group 2 together with Åhus IF 2, Listerby IK , Glumslövs FF , Harlösa IF/Veberöds AIF 2, Wä IF 1, FC Hessleholm 1 and Wä IF 3.

Vinnö IF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FC Hessleholm 2 with 1-4. In the Final, IFK Osby won over FC Hessleholm 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13.

Vinnö IF also participated in Flickor 12 during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They won B-Slutspel, after beating Wä IF in the final with 1-0.
