In addition to Fjälkinge IF, 15 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Fjälkinge IF could be found in Group 1 together with GOF IF , Wä IF 2, Åhus IF 1, IFK Osby , FC Hessleholm 2, Gärsnäs AIS and Harlösa IF/Veberöds AIF 1.

Fjälkinge IF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Harlösa IF/Veberöds AIF 2 with 1-3. In the Final, Listerby IK won over Harlösa IF/Veberöds AIF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 13.

Fjälkinge IF also participated in Flickor 12 during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They reached the Semi final in F12 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Gärsnäs AIS with 0-2.
