Det jättestora laget was one of 225 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018. They participated with one team in Dam Aktiv.
In addition to Det jättestora laget, 19 other teams played in Dam Aktiv. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Det jättestora laget could be found in Group 2 together with Lunds BOIS , Haverikommissionen , Kisslowski , PANGsionärerna , Bortamatch and Strövelstorps GoIF 1. Det jättestora laget continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Furulunds IK with 1-3. In the Final, ABZOLUT won over Bär i Pannam and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Dam Aktiv. Det jättestora laget comes from Kungälv which lies approximately 260 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place.
