BK Solstråle was one of 225 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018. They participated with one team in Herr Motion.
In addition to BK Solstråle, 28 other teams played in Herr Motion. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof BK Solstråle could be found in Group 1 together with Vattenpojkarna , Buktens Tunga Grabbar , Hökarängen and Armynia . BK Solstråle continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Snett Inåt Bakåt with 0-3. In the Final, Träbenen won over Vattenpojkarna and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Herr Motion. Solstråle comes from Göteborg which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place.
