IFK Fjärås was one of 225 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018. They participated with three teams in Flickor 15 and Dam 17-19 Öppen respectively. The team in Flickor 15 made it to the the Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Reymersholms IK A by 1-2.
In addition to this, IFK Fjärås have participated in Åhus Beach Fotboll before. During Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017, IFK Fjärås had three teams playing in Flickor 16. The team in Flickor 16 made it to the the 1/4 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against FC Hessleholm Jonas Brothers by 0-1. IFK Fjärås comes from Kungsbacka which lies approximately 220 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place.
