Bänkvärmarna H17-19Ö

Bänkvärmarna was one of 225 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018. They participated with one team in Herr 17-19 Öppen.

In addition to Bänkvärmarna, 49 other teams played in Herr 17-19 Öppen. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Bänkvärmarna could be found in Group 3 together with Grill-Anders Gossar , Everöds IF , FC Bakåtpass , Videocenter/WallgårdsFärg , Moffes Töser , Basses Boys , Pelles Pågar , ÅKERSBERGA and Peter och Heddas Doriyos .

Bänkvärmarna continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Stoke City with 1-4. In the Final, Eelcoast won over Topless and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Herr 17-19 Öppen.

Bänkvärmarna comes from Sjöbo which lies approximately 49 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Sjöbo does also provide 49 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018 (Among others: Södra Sandby IF, Lövestads IF, YSTAD PÅGARNA, Playboys, BEN DOVER, Harlösa IF/Veberöds AIF, PDL, Incredible 10, Kyllingarna FC and Löberöds IF).
