In addition to the two Furulunds teams, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Furulunds IK B could be found in Group 1 together with GOF IF , Viby IF , IFK Ystad FK , BK Höllviken 1, Åhus Horna BK 1, Vankiva IF and Växjö Norra IF .

Furulunds IK B continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Eslövs BK 2 with 0-3. In the Final, Vankiva IF won over Eslövs BK 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
