In addition to the two Eslövs teams, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Eslövs BK B could be found in Group 2 together with Högadals IS , Kiaby IF , Skällinge BK 1, Gärsnäs AIS , Åhus Horna BK 2, FC Bellevue 1 and BK Höllviken 4.

Eslövs BK B made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Vankiva IF with 0-2. Thereby Eslövs BK B finished second in P13 B-Slutspel during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018.
