Mek och Släng HM

Mek och Släng was one of 225 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018. They participated with one team in Herr Motion.

In addition to Mek och Släng, 28 other teams played in Herr Motion. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Mek och Släng could be found in Group 4 together with Förstaklass , Sten i skon , Ölensvänner Vol.2 and Olympique Qatar EMF .

Mek och Släng continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IBK Sticket with 0-5. In the Final, Träbenen won over Vattenpojkarna and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Herr Motion.

Mek och Släng comes from Sölvesborg which lies approximately 23 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Sölvesborg does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018 (Among others: Strandängens IF, Vattenpojkarna, Dynamo WetWilly, Nejtack FC, Vi anmälde oss på fyllan, Bois FC, Kristianstad FC, Vadå, Eelcoast and Videocenter/WallgårdsFärg).
