They participated with four teams in Pojkar 10, Pojkar 14 and Flickor 15 respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 made it to the the Final in A-Slutspeland won it over Kristianstad FC C by 2-1. In addition to this, Wä IF have participated in Åhus Beach Fotboll before. During Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018, Wä had 4 teams playing in Flickor 14 and Mix 8-9 respectively. The team in Flickor 14 made it to the the 1/4 Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Gärsnäs AIS B by 1-2. Wä comes from KRISTIANSTAD which lies approximately 16 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around KRISTIANSTAD does also provide 105 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2019 (Among others: Vet Inte 2.0, Skånes-Djurpark, Åsums BK, Goal Diggers, Blonda Boysen FC, Stoffes pågar, Chefens Pågar, Real Ribbetuaröd, Vittskövle IF and Toivonens Lärjungar).
