In addition to IFK Osby, 15 other teams played in Flickor 14. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Osby could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus IF , Stattena IF , Torslanda IK , Fortuna FF , Husie IF , Mariebo IK and Gärsnäs AIS .
IFK Osby continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Mariebo IK with 0-4. In the Final, Mariebo IK won over Vinslövs IF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 14. IFK Osby also participated in Flickor 13 during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018.
