In addition to the two FC Hessleholm teams, 20 other teams played in Flickor 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof FC Hessleholm 1blå could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus IF 2, Harlösa IF/Veberöds AIF 2, SoGK Charlo , Wä IF , Tomelilla IF 1, Stattena IF , Gärsnäs AIS , Listerby IK 2, IF Brommapojkarna and Lönsboda GoIF .
FC Hessleholm 1blå made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Trollenäs IF with 2-3. Thereby FC Hessleholm 1blå finished second in F15 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2019. FC Hessleholm also participated in Flickor 14 during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018.
