In addition to the two IFK Ystad FK teams, 26 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IFK Ystad FK Blå could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus Horna BK 3, IFK Simrishamn , Kristianstad FC , Åhus Horna BK 1, FC Bellevue 1, Listerby IK 1, Örby IS and Eslövs BK .

IFK Ystad FK Blå continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Åhus Horna BK 1 with 0-2. In the Final, Räppe GOIF won over Åhus Horna BK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
