In addition to the three FC Bellevue teams, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof FC Bellevue C could be found in Group 3 together with Löberöds IF , Sjöbo IF , Åsums BK , Åhus Horna BK 4, IF Brommapojkarna , Listerby IK 2, Önnestad BoIF and Hässleholms IF .

FC Bellevue C continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IF Limhamn Bunkeflo with 1-3. In the Final, Spjutstorps IF won over IF Limhamn Bunkeflo and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
