In addition to the two Strövelstorps GoIF teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Strövelstorps GoIF B could be found in Group 2 together with Tomelilla IF , Södra Sandby IF , Lönsboda GoIF , Janstorps AIF , IFK Osby 1, FC Hessleholm , Åhus IF 2, Sankt Olofs IF and Egnahems BK .

Strövelstorps GoIF B made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Janstorps AIF with 1-2. Thereby Strövelstorps GoIF B finished second in F13 B-Slutspel during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2019.
