Byggarna continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Träbenen with 3-4. In the Final, Träbenen won over BuktensTungaGubbar and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Herr Motion.

Byggarna comes from Färlöv which lies approximately 26 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Färlöv does also provide 71 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2022 (Among others: Monolerna, KaffeKaga FC, Yngsjö IF, Vanneberga IF, Önnestad BoIF, Vinnö IF, Gärds Köpinge IF, FC Lökarna, Åhus IF and Grabbarna Benim).
