In addition to Hörja IF, 13 other teams played in Pojkar 15. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Hörja IF could be found in Group 2 together with Svedala IF , Åhus Horna BK , FC Bellevue , FC Trelleborg 2, Tollarps IF , Blentarps BK and Åhus Horna BK .

Hörja IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Osby with 0-1. In the Final, Tollarps IF won over IFK Osby and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15.
