In addition to Vinnö IF, 23 other teams played in Dam Senior Förening/Öppen. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Vinnö IF Dam could be found in Group 1 together with Bottenskrap , ABZOLUT , jogabonito , måste INTE vila , Systembo Laget , FC Hessleholm and "jaa pappa betalar" .

Vinnö IF Dam continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skaunetöserna with 0-1. In the Final, IF Kamraterna won over Skaunetöserna and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Dam Senior Förening/Öppen.

Vinnö IF also participated in Dam Senior Förening/Öppen during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in DS B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lämmeltåget with 1-2.
