In addition to the two Kristianstad FC teams, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Kristianstad FC svart could be found in Group 1 together with Tollarps IF , FC Bellevue , Hörby FF , Hällaryds IF , Janstorps AIF 2, Hässleholms IF , LEV 06 1 and Höörs IS 2.

Kristianstad FC svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Pjätteryds GOIF with 2-3. In the Final, FC Bellevue won over Pjätteryds GOIF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010).
