In addition to the two Åhus teams, 14 other teams played in Flickor 13 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Åhus IF Grön could be found in Group 2 together with Janstorps AIF 2, Limhamns FF , Askeröds IF 1, IFK Ystad/SoGK Charlo , Vetlanda United IF 1, DFF Kristianstadstjejerna and Näsums IF .

Åhus IF Grön continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against DFF Kristianstadstjejerna with 1-2. In the Final, Vetlanda United IF 2 won over DFF Kristianstadstjejerna and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 (Födda 2010).
