ÖIF was one of 229 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2023. They participated with one team in Herr Junior 17-19 Öppen/Förening (Födda 2004-2006).

In addition to ÖIF, 29 other teams played in Herr Junior 17-19 Öppen/Förening (Födda 2004-2006). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof ÖIF Östergårds IF could be found in Group 1 together with Svenssons slavar , 13 37 , Wä Beach , Brobygrillen IF , Drängarna FC , MÅSTE VILA , Fräcka Falkarna 3 , Doritos bois and Di Gröna .

ÖIF Östergårds IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Drängarna FC with 1-2. In the Final, Tegelstenarna IF won over Drängarna FC and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Herr Junior 17-19 Öppen/Förening (Födda 2004-2006).

ÖIF comes from Vinslöv which lies approximately 32 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Vinslöv does also provide 89 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2023 (Among others: Brobygrillen IF, NO CAP, Santos FC, Stoffes Slavar, Önnestad BoIF, MÅSTE VILA, IFK PLÄP, BK Gäddastorp, måste INTE vila and Jaga FC).
