In addition to the three Höörs IS teams, 22 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Höörs IS B could be found in Group 1 together with Tollarps IF , FC Bellevue , Hörby FF , Hällaryds IF , Janstorps AIF 2, Hässleholms IF , LEV 06 1 and Kristianstad FC .

Höörs IS B continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Hällaryds IF with 0-3. In the Final, FC Bellevue won over Hörby FF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010).
