In addition to the two Janstorps AIF teams, 14 other teams played in Flickor 13 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Janstorps AIF A could be found in Group 1 together with DFF Kristianstadstjejerna , Vinslövs IF , Åhus IF , Genarps IF , Askeröds IF 2, DFF Kristianstadstjejerna and Vetlanda United IF 2.

Janstorps AIF A continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against DFF Kristianstadstjejerna with 1-5. In the Final, Janstorps AIF 2 won over DFF Kristianstadstjejerna and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 (Födda 2010).
