Goal Diggers was one of 229 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2023. They participated with one team in Herr Senior Öppen/Förening.

In addition to Goal Diggers, 47 other teams played in Herr Senior Öppen/Förening. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Goal Diggers could be found in Group 1 together with CG Pågarna , Tollarps IF , Legeved FC , Skurups Pågarna FC , Youngboys FC , 6-2 FC and BK Gäddastorp .

Goal Diggers continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against BK Gäddastorp with 1-2. In the Final, KaffeKaga FC won over Rakt upp and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Herr Senior Öppen/Förening.

Goal Diggers also participated in Herr Senior Förening/Öppen during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in HS B-Slutspel, but lost it against ESHKA with 2-4.

Goal Diggers comes from Hässleholm which lies approximately 42 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Hässleholm does also provide 65 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2023 (Among others: NO CAP, Stoffes Slavar, Önnestad BoIF, IFK PLÄP, BK Gäddastorp, måste INTE vila, Jabbadenut, FC Hessleholm, Vinnö IF/Önnestad BoIF and Sam-hall FC).
