They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kristianstads DFF A could be found in Group 1 together with Sjöbo IF , Genarps IF , Vetlanda United IF 2, Svedala IF 1, Janstorps AIF , Vetlanda United IF 1, Åhus IF 2, Kristianstads DFF 2 and Lönsboda GoIF .

Kristianstads DFF A continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vetlanda United IF 3 with 1-2. In the Final, Vetlanda United IF 2 won over Svedala IF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 14 (Födda 2010).
