In addition to the three Vetlanda United teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 14 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vetlanda United IF C could be found in Group 2 together with Genarps IF , Ystads IF FF , Sjöbo IF , Kristianstads DFF 3, Åhus IF 1, Listerby IK , Spjutstorps IF , Svedala IF 2 and Snöstorp Nyhem FF .

Vetlanda United IF C continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vetlanda United IF 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Vetlanda United IF 2 won over Svedala IF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 14 (Födda 2010).

Vetlanda United IF also participated in Flickor 13 (Födda 2010) during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2023. They won A-Slutspel, after beating DFF Kristianstadstjejerna Orange in the final with 2-1.
